This checklist is intended to give you an idea of what to prepare for your School or Custom Tour booking so that we can plan your tour quickly and smoothly.

1. Submit intended depart and return dates for possible flight availability

Flights are not always daily

2. Submit group size

Large group bookings require at least 6 months notice to arrange with airlines

3. Indicate stopovers if required (no direct flights into Vietnam from NZ)

Available stopovers are Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong

4. Proposed itinerary within Vietnam

Contact Kiwi Vietnam Tours for special points of interest. We will supply a recommended itinerary.

5. Confirm Vietnam itinerary

Required early to confirm pricing of tour

6. Confirm overall tour

8. Check passports have 6 month validity on entering Vietnam
